Brian Kozlowski, Owner
Brian grew up in Reedsburg, WI on a dairy cow farm. From 2005 until 2012, he owned his own dairy farm which milked 75 cows.
Brian has a reputation of always putting his customers first. He wants the landowner to be completely satisfied with the end result. Brian will help guide the customer to get the best views and enhancements for their property.
He always had a love for the outdoors. Conservation, a term used for protecting lands and restoring native habitats, has always been a big theme for him.
Bo Hendrickson, Private Lands Biologist
Bo grew up in the countryside of Iowa County, just outside of Hollandale, Wisconsin. From the time he could walk through his college years, he worked on two family farms—milking cows, baling hay, and harvesting crops. In 2024, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management and Wildlife Ecology.
Bo brings a results-focused mindset to every project, helping landowners turn their vision into healthier, more productive properties. He prioritizes each landowner’s goals from start to finish, going the extra mile to ensure every detail is done right. By identifying opportunities for tax benefits and cost-share programs, Bo helps make projects as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
He has a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and is committed to the conservation and improvement of private lands across the Midwest
